Ошибка "perl: warning: Setting locale failed." в Debian Linux - решение

Некоторое время назад подобная ошибка появлялась у меня в Ubuntu Linux, теперь то же самое появилось в Debian, но решение от ubuntu linux не подошло, тут решилось немного по другому.

Ошибка выглядит так

# apt-get install locales
 
# dpkg-reconfigure locales

После запуска dpkg-reconfigure locales появится окно с просьбой выбрать локали которые понадобятся, я выбрал только US и все RU
